Aon in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and mentor our Talent Advisory team. You will supervise service delivery across multiple lines of business, ensuring operational excellence, quality and timely outputs in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

You will translate business goals into team objectives, drive continuous improvement, develop talent, and collaborate with onshore customers and product partners across time zones.

Qualifications

• University studies completed and proficiency in English.
