Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR fields.
• 2 years of experience in managing projects.
• Strong data management skills, process orientation, and attention to detail.
• Proven analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities; team-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilités

• Complete survey input on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct initial job matching for clients, applying analytical skills.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data according to standards.
• Collaborate with Data Solutions and Client Success Managers in the US and Mexico to address issues.
• Address client inquiries regarding compensation and survey data, offering analyses.
• Maintain positive collaborator relations through proactive communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for supplemental reports or consulting work.
• Analyze compensation and survey reports and assist in review and modification of reports for client use.
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects to demonstrate versatility and ambition.
