CEVA Logistics seeks a Compensation and Benefits Professional in Mexico City to lead country-specific benefit programs, perform analyses, and ensure regulatory alignment. You will produce reports, support salary surveys, audits, and merit processes, and collaborate with benefits vendors to optimize costs and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration is required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR practices.
• Experience analyzing financial data and ensuring regulatory compliance.
