CEVA Logistics in Mexico City is seeking an IT Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, coordinating with Hiring Managers and HR. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct competency-based interviews, and manage multiple requisitions with autonomy.

This role strengthens CEVA's tech talent pipeline and employer brand through targeted sourcing channels and active talent communities.

Formación

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including IT/technology roles.
• Experience recruiting White Collar and specialized IT profiles.
• End-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Direct sourcing and passive candidate identification.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and HR teams.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate complete recruitment lifecycle for IT/Technology roles from requisition to offer.
• Conduct intake with Hiring Managers and HR to define scope and requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on position complexity, seniority, and location.
• Manage multiple IT requisitions with proper prioritization.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain candidate progress and timely stakeholder communications.
• Support offer preparation in coordination with HR and Compensation.
