The Logistics Operations Analyst will play a crucial role within CEVA Mexico, located in Apodaca-Monterrey. This role is fundamental in coordinating and managing transportation bookings to ensure an efficient, timely, and cost-effective execution of shipments. Acting as a key link between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, the Logistics Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day 4PL operations, sustaining high service levels for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of transportation and shipment details into logistics management systems, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
• Monitor shipment statuses proactively and communicate any updates promptly to clients and stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
• Collaborate closely with carriers and suppliers to resolve and address any issues, delays, or discrepancies related to transportation bookings to minimise operational disruptions.
• Verify compliance with all necessary documentation requirements including Bills of Lading (BOL), invoices, and customs documents to support smooth transit and regulatory adherence.
• Support comprehensive reporting activities, including tracking shipment performance, cost monitoring, and key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights to optimise operations.
• Provide operational support during the initiation and scaling phases of new 4PL contracts, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate coordinated and efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A university degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight transportation or supply chain operations with demonstrable success in managing complex shipments.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using logistics platforms such as Transportation Management Systems .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships effectively and resolve operational challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail, able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
• Advanced English language skills to support communication in an international business environment.
