Lennox is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Specialist in Saltillo to assist the Mountain and Mid-West District Sales Team with quotes, bids, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate support for projects.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-first mindset, and at least 1 year of related experience in sales support or a similar environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of related experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to understand needs and build trust.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage daily customer quotations with precision and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with house accounts to support plan-and-spec opportunities and move bids through the sales process.
• Enter and maintain orders while assisting delivery process to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Own and maintain the weekly bid schedule and keep the team organized.
• Collaborate with Commercial Territory Managers to align priorities and timelines.
• Support quote follow-up activities, CRM updates, and third-party vendor coordination.
• Assist with credit and collection activities to resolve issues and support smooth order processing.
