Job summary

Concord is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team in Mexico City. You will handle customer and client inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely, accurate responses and high satisfaction.

You will process payments, assist with payment plans, and work closely with accounting to resolve discrepancies. A strong focus on compliance and customer retention is required.

Qualifications

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to achieve and regularly maintain performance goals as outlined by management.
• 3–5 years of combined experience in a Customer Service or Account Manager role in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Enthusiasm and positive energy; supportive team player.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and clients via phone, email, and other channels to provide exceptional service.
• Process customer payments and assist with payment plans; resolve payment-related issues.
• Provide documentation such as statements, invoices, and schedules; update account information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions; ensure timely case resolution (1–2 business days for cases).
• Collaborate with other departments (bookings, collections, accounting, client experience) as needed to resolve inquiries.
