Concentrix in Mexico City is looking for a Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual to drive new business through outbound and renewals. You will engage customers, articulate value, and pursue revenue opportunities within your dedicated territory.

The role emphasizes high-volume calling, accurate forecasting, and CRM excellence. You must be fluent in English at least at B2 and demonstrate a track record of hitting sales quotas while collaborating with the team and management.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Minimum B2 English level.
• Track record of meeting personal and team quotas.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Willing to commute to Mexico City site near Poliforum.

Responsabilidades

• Sell renewals/services and pursue upsell opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge and service capabilities to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns to improve satisfaction and product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures and customer objections to retain or win customers.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and management to deliver professional customer experiences.
• Manage CRM data and undertake lead qualification and contract renewals.
