Genpact in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Associate - S&M - Customer Success to thrive in a blended environment, handling inbound and outbound calls to collect delinquent amounts and secure payment promises.

You will communicate effectively, provide quality customer service, negotiate payment plans, assist with dispute resolution and statements, and develop skills with the tools used in all collections efforts.

Formación

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Certifications CBAP, ServiceNow CS Management, COPC, Salesforce are preferred.
• Strong skills in Business Development, CRM, and customer service.
• English language proficiency required (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect delinquent payments.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to bring accounts current.
• Assist with dispute resolution, statements, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and improve collection processes.
