Qualifications

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience in client support and operations management may be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address corporate client requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Process client payments, returns, and chargebacks with accurate fund allocation.
• Analyze transactions, new sales, and support cases for KPI reporting.
• Validate data files to detect and correct potential errors.
• Upload sales data to the system per client specs and maintain files.
• Maintain organized, secure documentation per privacy protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to verify consumer information accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Communicate with corporate clients in English and Spanish.
