Solera Holdings, LLC. in Mexico City seeks an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist I to manage the AR process and ensure timely billing. You will contact customers, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with billing, sales, and customer service to protect cash flow.

Ideal candidates will have AR collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel; Salesforce familiarity is a plus for CRM workflows.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable collections or similar financial role.
• Knowledge of collections principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems, including Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive collections activities to ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Contact customers by phone and email to discuss overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans.
• Resolve billing issues by collaborating with billing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Maintain detailed records of collections activities and follow-up actions.
• Monitor AR aging reports to identify high-risk accounts and develop strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports on collections progress to finance and management.
• Escalate issues to management and recommend actions for complex collections.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in collections.
