Henkel GCC in Mexico is seeking an Accountant Collector to drive timely recovery of the credit portfolio in Estado de México, analyzing accounts receivable transactions and monitoring payment applications, while coordinating with local teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/ERP and Power BI, plus negotiation, analytical thinking and time management to meet targets and reduce bad debt.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable collection and credit management.
• Strong Excel skills with SAP/ERP and Power BI familiarity.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Recover the value of credit sales in the period authorized by the company.
• Reach or exceed the overdue target and minimize bad debt.
• Create synergy between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and local teams to resolve collection issues.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide administrative support.
• Perform AR and financial analysis to support reporting and decision making.
