Concord is seeking a results‑driven Collector to manage early to mid‑stage delinquency across a portfolio of commercial equipment leases and loans. You will use consultative collection techniques, document thoroughly, and partner with clients to resolve accounts within approved guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of collections experience, FDCPA knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills. This role offers performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2–3 years of commercial collections experience.
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and compliance standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; targets-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; composed under pressure.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue with accuracy and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned work list of commercial accounts in early to mid-stage delinquency for multiple clients.
• Make daily outbound contacts to negotiate payment resolutions and bring accounts to current.
• Establish, document, and track Promises to Pay; follow up on broken arrangements.
• Identify mid-stage delinquent accounts with elevated risk and prioritize contact intensity.
• Process ACH and payment arrangements within delegated authority; ensure accurate posting.
• Review contract files and transaction history to understand each relationship before outreach.
• Conduct skip-tracing to locate customers and guarantors; obtain updated credit profiles as warranted.
• Engage customers to identify workable resolutions within approved guidelines.
• Maintain the daily queue with notes, disposition codes, and follow-up actions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure data accuracy and timely remediation of delinquencies.
