ProTrans International Holdings seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage transactional work for accounts, partnering with carriers and internal teams. You will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day operations and help develop supply chain solutions to improve customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with travel as needed. You will interact across ProTrans and customer teams to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries and accurate

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation or business-related field is required or preferred.
Minimum 1 year of industry experience in logistics and supply chain.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Experience using web-based BI tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

Communicate with TL carriers to confirm pickups, deliveries, and perform check calls in the TMS system.
Coordinate border crossing operations with the Border Crossing team and update customers on customs status.
Arrange expedite shipments and communicate with the Expedite team.
Assist customer plants with daily operational issue resolution.
Escalate service level issues to Operations Manager.
Distribute reporting daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely billing.
