Quid Solutions in Zapopan seeks a Client Success Representative to ensure exceptional service for clients managing global operations. You will nurture relationships, coordinate needs, and follow up proactively.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Advanced English, exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Monitor and manage client orders to ensure timely delivery through logistics channels.
• Track order status and provide proactive follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, statuses, and feedback for transparency.
• Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively to address concerns and offer solutions.
