TMS Global is seeking an Account/Project Manager to lead the delivery of client projects from start to finish. You will act as the operational link between Client Services, Design, and Strategic Buying, coordinating timelines, risks, and communications to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will work with Key Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to balance priorities, maintain project documentation, and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Strong project management experience with ability to lead multiple projects end‑to‑end.
• Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Client Service, Structural Design, Strategic Buying, Finance, and Project Support teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, and system records are maintained accurately and in accordance with standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain visibility of delivery performance for key stakeholders.
• Provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders, offering proactive recommendations on delivery impacts.
• Drive adherence to established processes, governance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate activities supporting successful project completion, invoicing readiness, and achievement of financial milestones.
• Partner with Finance and operational teams to resolve issues that may impact project delivery, billing, or supplier payments.
