Rsgroup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence and growth. You will manage initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex projects in dynamic corporate environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in technology-driven environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience working within structured PMO environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology and business transformation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports, key metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate activities with external partners and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support organizational change management and the successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Experience working within structured PMO environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Risk, issue, and change management expertise.
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks and reporting practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planview, or similar platforms.

Languages

• Advanced English proficiency required.
