Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in Mexico to lead end-to-end planning and coordination across customer projects. You will be the SPOC for the client, manage onboarding, daily performance tracking, and escalation, and drive high satisfaction while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will engage LATAM and Mexico stakeholders, ensure governance via weekly meetings, maintain documentation, and support change requests.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a related field.
• ITIL certified.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience engaging LATAM/Mexico stakeholders.

• End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources).
• Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables.
• Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication, and escalation management.
• Be a Single-Point-Of-Contact (SPOC) for the customer and handle deliverables on the assigned projects.
• Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
• Issue identification, resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset.
• Process and service improvement and identification of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and handle BGV, compliance, training, and onboarding as per customer process.
• Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions.
• Good team player.
• Coordinate with the internal cross-functional team and customer stakeholders and drive the job to be done.
• Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer.
• Daily status reporting to SDM.
• Quality control, knowledge management, and best practices sharing.
• Timely submission of reports as defined by the supervisor/customer.
• IT Operations and Service Operation.
• Handling Change Request in Project Management.
• Conduct/Participate Governance meetings with Iron/Customer stakeholders and publish Meeting Minutes (MOM).
• Maintain project documentation and course folders, SLA, and PMS.

Experience Required: 8-10 years.

Skillset

• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified.
• PMP or Prince 2 certified (good to have).
• Good in Spanish and English Communication as mandatory (Speaking & Writing)
• Portuguese language speaking/writing is preferable.
• Stakeholder and customer engagement experience at LATAM/Mexico is mandatory.
