DS Smith PLC's TMS Global unit seeks an Account/Project Manager to lead client projects end-to-end across the service lifecycle, coordinating between Client Services, Design and Strategic Buying to deliver on time and within scope.

You will own project plans, track milestones, mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders while maintaining documentation, governance and strong supplier relationships.

Formación

• Experience managing client projects end-to-end across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Client Service, Design, Strategic Buying, Finance, and Project Support teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, and system records are maintained accurately and in accordance with standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain visibility of delivery performance for key stakeholders.
• Provide responsive support to internal and external stakeholders, offering proactive recommendations on delivery impacts and timeline adjustments.
• Drive adherence to established processes, governance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate activities supporting successful project completion, invoicing readiness, and achievement of financial milestones.
• Partner with Finance and operational teams to resolve issues that may impact project delivery, billing, or supplier payments.
