GXA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of client-facing and internal initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and close projects, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and successful outcomes across stakeholders.

You will act as the operational hub for project execution, coordinating among vCIOs, vITMs, engineering, service delivery, procurement, vendors, and leadership to maintain visibility, manage risk, and keep projects on time and within scope.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, professional services, or related roles, preferably in a MSP environment.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or similar certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and closure across client-facing and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate across vCIOs, vITMs, engineering, service delivery, procurement, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage project visibility, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Escalate blockers and risks to ensure timely delivery and scope adherence.
• Maintain project documents, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Foster accountability, ownership, and momentum across multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate onboarding, handoff, and project closure activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, templates, and SOPs.
