Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in Mexico to lead end-to-end planning and coordination across customer projects. You will be the SPOC for the client, manage onboarding, daily performance tracking, and escalation, and drive high satisfaction while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will engage LATAM and Mexico stakeholders, ensure governance via weekly meetings, maintain documentation, and support change requests.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a related field.
• ITIL certified.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience engaging LATAM/Mexico stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources).
• Be a Single-Point-Of-Contact (SPOC) for the customer and handle deliverables on the assigned projects.
• Drive customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
• Governance meetings, onboarding, daily tracking of performance, escalation management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely invoicing and billing data.
