Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, AdTech, or MarTech is essential.
• Strong stakeholder communications and project leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and media technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for AdTech and Retail Media initiatives.
• Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders to define technology solutions.
• Support implementation, adoption, and optimization of marketing platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, technology, and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology recommendations.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones;主持 workshops and exec briefings.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
• Collaborate on audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and reporting initiatives.
