Job summary

Capgemini Mexico seeks a Campaign Technology Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will bridge Campaign Operations, CDP, Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders to build and optimize customer journeys and data-driven experiences.

You will help deliver personalized, scalable communications while driving operational excellence across the MarTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
4-8+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation.
Experience supporting production campaigns and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, deploy, and support customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Build and maintain campaign workflows, automated processes, and engagement programs.
Configure entry criteria, audience rules, suppression logic, and exit strategies.
Support triggered communications, direct-mail triggers, and multi-channel activation.
Ensure reliable execution of journeys across production environments.
Develop and maintain Automation Studio workflows, schedules, and data transfers.
Manage Data Extensions and campaign data assets, assisting Email Studio teams.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational performance of the platform.
