Amazon is seeking an On Site Coordinator to own the impact within the Fulfillment by Amazon program for 3P sellers. You will identify blockers, analyze inbound operations, and escalate issues to ensure proper inventory management across MX FCs.

You will partner with teams to measure defects, translate data into insights, and automate weekly reporting to drive improvements in delivery and reverse flow processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller defects.
• Understand drivers, impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
