Amazon is seeking an FBA On Site Coordinator in Mexico's Hidalgo region to own the ship inbound and inventory workflows for 3P sellers, coordinating with the FBA Ops team to manage escalations and resolve issues impacting inbound inventory, IDQ, and compliance.

You will analyze return metrics, identify blockers, and translate data into actionable insights for program stakeholders. The role requires 2+ years in operations, a Bachelor's degree, and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the program team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller's defects.
• Understand drivers, impacts on key influences on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics; identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses.
