Amazon is seeking high-potential leaders to own impact in the FBA On Site Coordinator role for 3P sellers, focusing on shipment delivery to MX FCs and inventory management.
Based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will partner with program teams to define KPIs, translate data into insights, and automate weekly reporting to scale operations.
This role requires English fluency, 2+ years in operations, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Amazon is looking for high-potential leaders, who are ready to own their impact in Fulfillment by Amazon program for 3P sellers. The FBA Ops team owns the seller facing workflow components and back-end services that productize supply chain capabilities and capture their inputs in user-friendly and intuitive ways regarding shipment delivery to Amazon MX FCs, pre-received catalog/shipment errors where FBA OPS team create and handle escalation tickets for proper inventory management.
As FBA On Site Coordinatior, you will identify blockers from a) shipping inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network, b) stranded inventory inquires associated to IDQ and Compliance, c) removals escalation cases, d) analyze all the return metrics, troubleshoot all the deviations on the value chain such as DNR, Switcheroos, wrong item sent (WIS), damaged during transit (DDT) and wrong fault owner assignee and e)Missing from inbound reimbursement cases to determine top offenders, gaps in inbound operations to locate missing inventory.
