Amazon is seeking a high-potential leader to own impact in the FBA Ops program for 3P sellers in Mexico. The On Site Coordinator will tackle blockers in inbound inventory, IDQ/compliance, removals escalations, and return metrics to improve inventory management and fulfillment flow.

You will translate data into actionable insights, automate reporting of weekly metrics, and collaborate with program teams to define KPIs and scalable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with program team to create KPIs and new measurement methods for FBA seller defects.
• Understand drivers and impacts on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics and identify areas to scale analyses.
