Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team at one of our fulfillment centers, responsible for overseeing a 24/7 operation delivering thousands of orders daily.

You will manage a team of 7 managers and over 200 associates, drive safety and performance metrics, and partner with finance to analyze costs and process improvements for sustained customer excellence. The role also emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong English communication.
• 8+ years of strong Operations Management with data analysis proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team in a 24/7 fulfillment center to meet productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple stakeholders and communicate the vision.
• Drive operational metrics and present results to senior leadership.
• Hire and develop top talent; create a talent plan including learning and development and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of safety and protect service levels while improving performance.
