Amazon is seeking an On Site Coordinator in Mexico to own key operational metrics for FBA 3P sellers. You will partner with the program team to track defects, analyze inputs, and ensure inventory movements align with the fulfillment network.

The role requires strong English skills, 2+ years of operations experience, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including nights or holidays. You will contribute to lean improvements and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the program team to create KPIs and new methodologies for measurement and tracking FBA seller defects.
• Understand drivers and impacts on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly business metrics and identify areas to automate and scale analyses.
