Amazon is seeking high-potential leaders to own impact in the FBA On Site Coordinator role for 3P sellers, focusing on shipment delivery to MX FCs and inventory management.

Based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will partner with program teams to define KPIs, translate data into insights, and automate weekly reporting to scale operations.

This role requires English fluency, 2+ years in operations, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English with ability to take direction in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the program team to create KPIs and tracking methodologies for FBA seller defects.
• Understand drivers and impacts on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate weekly reporting and identify areas to automate and scale analyses.
