Hilton in Tulum, Mexico seeks a Chief Concierge to oversee the concierge desk operations, manage VIP services, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

You will mentor the team, uphold the highest standards of hospitality, and actively promote hotel offerings while delivering memorable experiences for every guest. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Experience in concierge or guest service in a hotel.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, events, and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and guest requests.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and concierge systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Provide recommendations for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services for guests.
• Manage guest communications—messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
