Hilton is seeking a dedicated Concierge to brighten guests' stays with proactive service and personalized recommendations. You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate dining, transportation, and local experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every guest.

Formación

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and concierge software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delight our guests by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
• Provide information and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other guest needs.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of services and programs.
