Job summary

Concentrix Services Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is hiring an Associate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales teams in CDMX, driving revenue growth and customer success motions through onboarding, adoption, health checks and renewals.

You have 3–5 years in leadership sales, 3+ years B2B, 1+ year BPO, English B2+ (French a plus), and you are willing to commute to Insurgentes. This role requires coaching, data-driven forecasting, CRM discipline, and building strategic client relationships alongside the Sales

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a leadership sales role.
• 3+ years of Sales B2B experience.
• 1+ years of BPO experience.
• English B2+ required; French a plus.
• Willingness to commute to CDMX Insurgentes site.
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results.
• Experience in operations (BPO) and strategy building.
• Excellent coaching history.
• Record of developing and retaining great employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience finding solutions as a manager.
• Change Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and CRM data accuracy.
• Remove roadblocks and help team resolve challenges.
• Monitor and drive team call time and productivity; weekly coaching.
• Analyze data and trends to develop sales plays and best practices.
• Stay informed on client services and market developments.
• Be a point of escalation for clients.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
• Collaborate on reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Ensure team understanding to meet operating plan, sales targets, CPTs.
• Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
