Job summary

Duxi Finanzas in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive ecosystem partnerships and channel expansion. You will identify, negotiate, and implement partnerships with offline retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and local financial institutions.

You will manage the full lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution, collaborating with product, risk control, compliance, and marketing to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5+ years in BD, KAM, or strategic partnerships in Internet/Fintech/retail.
• Strong understanding of local consumer market commercial logic; network in retail, e-commerce, or payment channels preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen; able to lead cross-functional projects.
• Business Spanish required; English or Mandarin desirable for cross-border reporting.
• Highly goal-driven and resilient; comfortable with travel and on-the-ground market visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead external partnerships with offline retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and local financial institutions.
• Manage full partnership lifecycle from lead gen to contracting and integration.
• Coordinate with product, risk, compliance, legal, and marketing to launch partnerships.
• Build relationships with C-level executives to drive joint marketing campaigns and scale volume.
• Monitor fintech trends and provide strategic recommendations for local expansion.
