Jobtailor is seeking a customer service specialist to support U.S.-based caregivers via phone, chat, and other channels. You will recruit and engage caregivers to join and actively use the platform, and encourage them to review and apply for available shifts.

You will answer questions and resolve issues related to the platform, shifts, accounts, and user experience; maintain accurate records of interactions; follow up until resolution; identify platform issues and report to the relevant team;

Formación

• Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• Ability to problem solve with minimal direction.
• One to two years of clerical/customer service experience.
• Some limited US based travel may be required.
• Full availability; work schedules are based on client and business need.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to US-based caregivers via phone, chat, and other channels.
• Recruit and engage US-based caregivers to join and actively use the platform.
• Encourage caregivers to review and apply for available shifts.
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to the platform, shifts, accounts, and user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and resolutions.
• Follow up proactively on inquiries or issues requiring additional information or action until fully resolved.
• Identify and report technical, access, or platform-related issues to the appropriate team.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive caregiver experience throughout platform use.
