The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and will be responsible for managing inquiries through various platforms, helping clients with itinerary changes and providing essential information about travel requirements. Formación

• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles is preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems, booking platforms, and digital tools.
• Passionate about travel and delivering excellent client support.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Respond to travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
