You bring at least 1 year in customer service or order management, strong English (B2/C1) and ERP/CRM experience (SAP/C4C a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or related functions in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; SAP/C4C is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Process customer orders, returns, and credit requests accurately.
• Support resolution of customer inquiries through cross-functional collaboration.
• Review and maintain orderbook accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Provide administrative/operational support to Customer Engagement teams.
