SKF Group in Puebla (Hybrid) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal and external customers by ensuring timely responses, accurate order processing, and efficient coordination of commercial activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage quotations and invoicing, and maintain ERP/CRM records while leveraging Power BI for performance tracking. Strong English, Excel, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role.
Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and verbal.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Experience with Power BI.

Responsabilités

Respond to general inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
Ensure compliance with shipping timelines and coordinate order fulfillment activities.
Monitor, update, and maintain reports to track operational performance.
Identify potential sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate records within ERP/CRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
