Xapads seeks a well-connected Senior Manager - Sales to drive branding and performance revenue growth in the Mexico market. This branding-first role emphasizes CTV, programmatic, and display, while leveraging mobile and web performance to maximize revenue.

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Media/AdTech sales in Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of branding, CTV, programmatic and display.
• Strong agency and direct client network in Mexico.
• Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Expand and strengthen branding-led revenue growth in Mexico with focus on CTV, Programmatic, and Display.
• Manage and expand relationships with top media agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers in the Mexico market.
• Identify and unlock branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems.
• Strategically pitch and position Xapads branding solutions including CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Digital Brand formats.
• Leverage performance expertise (Mobile & Web) to capture additional budgets and grow overall revenue.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, campaign alignment, and revenue closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Strategy, Product) to ensure campaign success.
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends to refine go-to-market strategy.
• Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with regional and global targets.
