Xapads is seeking a well-connected Senior Manager - Sales to drive branding and performance revenue in the Mexico market. The role emphasizes building strategic partnerships with agencies and direct brands, with a focus on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions, while also leveraging Mobile & Web opportunities to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate brings a deep Mexico market knowledge, an extensive client network, and a proven track record in revenue growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in Digital Media / AdTech Sales in Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of branding across CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Digital formats.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web).
• Strong client and agency network in Mexico.
• Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Expand branding-led revenue growth in Mexico focusing on CTV, Programmatic and Display.
• Manage relationships with top media agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems.
• Pitch and position branding solutions including CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Digital Brand formats.
• Leverage performance marketing to capture additional budgets and grow revenue.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to revenue closure.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops, Strategy, Product to ensure campaign success.
• Track market intelligence and industry trends to refine go-to-market strategy.
• Deliver revenue growth aligned with regional and global targets.
