American Eagle in Culiacán, Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive daily sales, and keep the store neat and well-presented. You will guide customers through AE loyalty programs and provide product knowledge with confidence, while supporting teammates and maintaining store standards.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock return merchandise and label damaged items properly at end of shift.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate with store leadership as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
