Bacardi México is seeking a Brand Coordinator to drive performance targets for Brand activities across the country, planning and executing consumer and customer programs. You will lead activation in selected cities, coordinate advertising and promotions, and manage the A&P budget to maximize ROI.

You will define growth drivers, develop the IAP, and ensure rigorous measurement of all Brand activities, building marketing capabilities that enable market leadership.

Formación

• Brand planning and execution experience
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage budgets and measure impact

Responsabilidades

• Lead situation assessment for Brands and define growth drivers
• Develop an integrated activity plan (IAP) including advertising & promotions to drive sell-out
• Design and execute Brand assets for consumer and customer programs
• Manage Brands' A&P budget as assigned
• Ensure measurement and evaluation per the IAP plan
• Build best-in-class marketing and commercial capabilities
