Bacardi seeks a proactive eCommerce professional to support the Mexico plan, coordinating with Key Accounts and online partners to drive revenue and strengthen brand presence in the digital ecosystem.

You will work with commercial, marketing, finance, and regional teams from Mexico City, enabling learning and sharing insights across region and beyond. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Structured, curious and proactive; enjoys multifunctional teams and digital platforms.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of the Mexican market and local commercial dynamics.
• Commercial-strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Mexico eCommerce plans with Key Accounts and online partners to drive growth and brand visibility.
• Support annual terms, JBP planning, and customer initiatives aligned with Mexico commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams to monitor trade investments and budgets.
• Share learnings and best practices to build eCommerce capabilities in Mexico for regional/global teams.
• Track eCommerce KPIs and support measurement of plan performance.
