Job summary

Bacardi Martini Production in Mexico is seeking a Brand Coordinator who will be accountable for delivering performance targets on Brands activities in the country, driving value creation and planning, design and execution of consumer and customer programs in selected cities.

You will lead the situation assessment, develop an integrated activity plan, manage the A&P budget, ensure measurement of campaigns, and collaborate with agencies to activate assets, build marketing capabilities, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in brand planning and activation.
• Experience managing advertising budgets.
• Ability to assess performance and KPIs.
• Strong collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead situation assessment for brands and help define growth drivers.
• Develop an integrated activity plan (IAP) including advertising & promotions.
• Support design and execution of brand assets for consumer & customer programs.
• Manage the A&P budget for brands.
• Ensure measurement and evaluation of activities in IAP.
• Build marketing and commercial capabilities across the organization.
• Lead strategy and execution of global brand assets for markets.
• Manage relationships with creative/media/PR/BTL agencies to tailor brand strategy.
• Oversee the execution of brand campaigns.
