Bacardi seeks a Brand Coordinator to drive growth for its brands in Mexico, leading planning, design and execution of consumer and customer programs. You will manage A&P budgets, measure impact, and build capabilities to win in the marketplace.

The role focuses on growth drivers and activation across selected cities, with collaboration across creative, media, PR and agency partners. You will lead strategy and execution of global Brand assets and ensure campaigns align with country objectives,

Competenze

• Experience in brand management and consumer marketing.
• Ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong budget management and ROI focus.

Mansioni

• Lead assessment of Brands and define Growth Drivers in annual plan.
• Develop integrated activity plan (IAP) including advertising & promotions.
• Design and execute Brand assets for consumer & customer programs.
• Manage Brands A&P budget and ensure ROI.
• Ensure measurement and evaluation of 80%+ activities per IAP.
• Build marketing and commercial capabilities to win in marketplace.
