Bacardi Mexico is seeking a dynamic eCommerce professional to develop and execute the Mexico eCommerce plan for key national customers and online platforms. You will coordinate initiatives, track performance, and identify opportunities to grow revenue while boosting brand visibility in the digital ecosystem.

The role is based in Mexico City, collaborating with commercial, marketing, finance and regional teams to bring local insights and best practices to the region and globally.

Formación

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican market and local commercial dynamics.
  • Structured, proactive and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the execution of Mexico eCommerce plans by coordinating initiatives with Key Accounts and tracking performance.
  • Provide analysis and follow-up for annual terms, JBP planning, and customer initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment with Mexico’s commercial priorities and investment guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Mexico Sales to identify portfolio opportunities and align pricing/promotions.
  • Monitor trade investment and A&P budgets with local teams and regional/global input.
  • Share learnings to build Mexico’s eCommerce capabilities with regional and global teams.
  • Track eCommerce KPIs and support measurement of plan performance.
  • Manage sales data with local teams and the global eCommerce finance team.
  • Identify market opportunities from trends, platforms, and shopper insights for local execution.

You will support the development and execution of the Mexico eCommerce plan for key national customers with online activity and pure players, coordinating initiatives, tracking performance and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth while strengthening brand visibility and desire in the digital ecosystem.

This position is based in Mexico City and will work closely with commercial, marketing, finance and regional eCommerce teams, with the opportunity to learn from best practices and contribute local insights across the region and globally.

About You

RESPONSIBILITIES - With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Support the execution of Mexico eCommerce plans by coordinating initiatives with Key Accounts, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to drive growth for Bacardi brands.
  • Provide analysis and follow‑up support for annual terms, JBP planning, and customer initiatives, ensuring alignment with Mexico’s commercial priorities and investment guidelines.
  • Stay closely connected with the Mexico Sales team to identify and capitalize portfolio opportunities, ensuring alignment with pricing and promotional strategies across local customers and avoiding conflicts due to commercial conditions.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Teams, Finance, Customer Marketing and Consumer Marketing to monitor trade investment and A&P budgets, providing visibility on spend, performance, and follow‑up actions.
  • Contribute to building eCommerce and digital commerce capabilities in Mexico by sharing learnings, best practices, and inputs from local execution with the regional and global teams.
  • Support customer and consumer initiatives in collaboration with local teams, using industry, category, and retailer‑specific data to identify insights and execution opportunities.
  • Track digital commerce KPIs and support the measurement and evaluation agenda to ensure accurate follow‑up of Mexico eCommerce plan performance.
  • Coordinate sales data management and administration in partnership with local teams and the global eCommerce finance team.
  • Monitor Mexico eCommerce trends, platforms, and shopper insights to detect new market opportunities and recommend actions for local execution.
