Job summary

Montblanc is seeking a strong store operations leader to manage day-to-day activities in a boutique, driving sales, profitability, and client acquisition while controlling budgets. You will analyze performance data, communicate the local action plan, and motivate the team to achieve objectives.

The role requires frontline, back-office, and floor management, plus policy guidance and coaching to develop staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level.
• Experience supervising people and resources to achieve results.
• Ability to analyze commercial results and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and achieve commercial targets within budget.
• Analyze sales data and trends to support management decisions.
• Communicate local action plans aligned with brand strategy and motivate the team.
• Manage front end, back end, and sales floor to meet performance goals.
• Provide policy guidance and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Operate financial controls, track budgets, and report variances to leadership.
• Use performance systems to set objectives, monitor teams, and drive timely quality work.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
