The Boutique Manager at LVMH Cabo San Lucas oversees all facets of the boutique business, driving sales across categories while leading the sales and leadership team. You will develop client relationships, ensure exceptional service, and align store operations with brand standards.

In this role, you will manage staffing, coaching staff, coordinate events, and collaborate with Merchants and Training to deepen product knowledge.

Formación

• 5 Years of luxury boutique management experience.
• Advanced English in professional context.
• Strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion Industry and Luxury Clientele.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular management touchbases to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues, and to develop overall business strategy.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates and ensure payroll budgets compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources to oversee recruitment and hiring of Boutique Sales and Leadership Team.
• Organize and coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase traffic and maximize sales.
• Develop product knowledge in coordination with Merchants and Training Team.
• Ensure and develop Visual Merchandising for the Boutique in line with brand direction and campaigns.
• Coordinate in-store promotions including seasonal sales, trunk shows and contests.
• Report on product sell-through and client feedback to Merchandising Team and make recommendations.
• Manage all operational processes with Operations Manager: Shipping, Inventory, Aftersales to minimize stock loss and maximize service.
• Adhere to Company policies and maintain store safety and security.
