Arrow Electronics, Inc. busca un BOM Specialist para colaborar con Solution Architects y gestionar la creación de materiales de cadena de suministro, desde el diseño hasta la entrega en ERP. Se valorará experiencia previa en BOM, ERP y Salesforce, con Inglés fluido y capacidad de manejo de múltiples prioridades.

Formación

• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia con título de 4 años; o 4 años con título avanzado; o experiencia equivalente.
• Dominio de Microsoft Excel (nivel técnico alto) y Salesforce (SFDC).
• Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita; fluidez en inglés requerida.
• Enfoque proactivo para investigación y resolución de problemas para alcanzar metas.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos con comprensión de procesos y prioridades.
• Ser detallista y muy organizado, capaz de trabajar de forma independiente y cumplir plazos.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con Solution Architects para crear BOMs con entrega rápida.
• Supervisar la creación de BOM de inicio a fin, asegurando exactitud y entrega oportuna.
• Ingresar BOMs y soluciones en el ERP y hacer seguimiento para garantizar ejecución rápida.
• Gestionar múltiples prioridades y pendientes manteniendo claridad sobre la urgencia.
• Liderar iniciativas y proyectos, asegurando entregas a tiempo y alta calidad.

Position: BOM Specialist

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to create urgent Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a fast turnaround time.
• Oversee the BOM creation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Enter BOMs and solutions into the ERP system and follow up to guarantee fast execution across departments.
• Manage multiple priorities and open items while maintaining a clear understanding of project urgency.
• Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Who We're Looking for

• A minimum of 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (technical high proficiency) and Salesforce (SFDC).
• advanced verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• A proactive approach to research and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
• Experience in project management with a clear understanding of processes and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $79,908.33 - $79,908.25 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
