Arrow Electronics in Zapopan, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Training Coordinator to support the training function for our logistics teams. You will manage materials, organize sessions, deliver new hire orientation, and maintain records in ETQ, ensuring accurate, timely reporting.

Fluency in English required; on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a global technology company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.
• Time Management Skills: Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.

Work Arrangement

• Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$19,991.67 - $26,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
